There are more and more students suffer from the test anxiety, according to psychologist says that test anxiety it’s a kinds of psychological disease, besides it’s very common happened among the students. Therefore we have to understand it and try to overcome it that we can have good performance in school.
Test anxiety it’s different from test fear, the distinction is anxiety it’s an overblown response to a perceived threat, but fear it’s an appropriate response to a threat, so, they’re different but both of them can effect on our physical body and mental.
Hence, the students who has the test anxiety they might feel uncomfortable about their body first, such as upset stomach, headache and even depression, the most specific is trouble remembering, we also can called it memory blocks, it’s means that when the students face the test their memory will locked and can’t recall the answer.
So, if students always have low score or failing a test it’s not means they didn’t know the answer, it often means they still can’t deal with the test anxiety. So, to students, the most important thing is learn who to handle it, here are the tips to solve the test anxiety. First, we need prepare the test and avoid “cramming ”for a test and try to remember the context , it can help us recall the answer easily. Seconded, get sufficient rest and nutrition it’s help a lot. Besides, during the test we need to stay calm and try to relax, take a deep, slow breath, and if you go blank and just skip the question and go on.
All in all, study it’s not the only way to get a great performance, we need to understand out body and mental, a good habit of study also important, being a student it’s hard and not easy. So, if we have test anxiety, try to deal with it and don’t let it become the biggest problem.
